Demonstration Class with Hands-On Elements
Step into the warmth and vibrancy of North African cooking in this flavorful, hands-on experience. Chef Cat and Tiborrah will guide you through dishes inspired by Algerian and Moroccan tables, highlighting the soulful spices, citrus, and freshness that define the region. You’ll learn approachable techniques that can easily be recreated at home, with options for gluten-free and vegan diets.
On the menu:
- Tajine Zitoune (Vegan olive & lemon tagine with golden spices)
- Golden Saffron Couscous
- Sweet Carrot & Citrus Salad
- Moroccan Batbout Bread Appetizer (Gluten Free, prepared prior to class)
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
