Bright, zesty, and comforting, chicken piccata is the ultimate dish to bring to your weeknight table or a dinner party with friends. Courtney will show you how to master this Italian classic, alongside thoughtful pairings and a sweet macaron finale. Gluten-free options will be available for both the main dish and accompaniments, making this a class everyone can enjoy.

On the menu:

• Antipasto Platter (served with gluten-free and regular crackers)
• Chicken Piccata (served with gluten-free pasta or regular – please let us know if you need gluten-free pasta)
• Two of Courtney’s signature macarons for dessert

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip.  We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one.  We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest.  In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to.  If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
