Get ready to celebrate one of summer’s most beloved ingredients with Robin at The Prepared Table. In anticipation of the Red Hills Small Farm Alliance Tomato Feastival on Sunday, June 7, this seasonal class highlights the fresh, vibrant flavors of peak tomato season with a menu designed for warm evenings and easy entertaining.

Guests will be welcomed with tomato jam served over crackers while Robin shares tips for making the most of garden tomatoes, from savory dishes to unexpected sweet endings.

On the menu:

  • Tomato Jam with Crackers
  • Panzanella Salad
  • Margherita Chicken Bake
  • Summer Garden Cobbler

Whether you grow your own tomatoes or simply wait all year for local summer varieties, this class is a delicious way to kick off tomato season.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip.  We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one.  We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest.  In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to.  If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
