If there is one thing Chef Fe knows how to do, it is make food that feels like a warm welcome, and this menu is no exception.

Join Chef Fe for an evening class that celebrates the bold, soulful tradition of Low Country cooking. Rooted in the coastal kitchens of South Carolina, this is the kind of food built for long summer days, generous tables, and the belief that a great meal is always worth the effort. Chef Fe will walk you through each dish, sharing the techniques and stories behind these time-honored recipes while making the process approachable for every level of home cook.

Menu Includes:

  • Low Country Boil
  • Red Rice
  • Sweet Potato Pone

Whether you grew up with these flavors or are discovering them for the first time, come ready to learn, eat well, and leave with a little piece of the South in your back pocket.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
