There is something special about gathering around the table for a meal that celebrates the best flavors of a Southern summer. Fresh seasonal produce, simple preparations, and bold flavors come together to create a menu that's perfect for warm evenings and relaxed entertaining.

Join us for an evening featuring a menu inspired by late summer's bounty. You'll learn techniques for preparing perfectly cooked flank steak, creating a bright and herbaceous chimichurri sauce, and pairing seasonal vegetables with fresh, vibrant flavors. Along the way, we'll share tips for building a well-balanced meal that's as beautiful as it is delicious.

We'll begin with a refreshing Summer Pasta Salad before enjoying grilled flank steak topped with cool chimichurri sauce, served alongside grilled corn with feta crumble, roasted broccolini, and fresh sourdough bread. To finish the evening, we'll indulge in a scoop of creamy Biscoff Blueberry Ice Cream, the perfect sweet ending to a summertime feast.

• Dinner: Flank Steak with Cool Chimichurri Sauce, Grilled Corn with Feta Crumble, Roasted Broccolini, and Sourdough Bread

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
