Demonstration Style Class

Celebrate the flavors of a Southern summer with a menu inspired by warm evenings and fresh seasonal ingredients. This class brings together comforting Cajun flavors, bright garden-fresh accents, and a sweet finish that showcases one of summer’s favorite fruits.

The centerpiece of the evening is a Creamy Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Bowl featuring tender chicken and succulent shrimp served over rice with a rich, velvety sauce. Finished with a refreshing cucumber salsa bursting with lime and fresh herbs, this dish strikes the perfect balance between bold and bright. We'll begin with a light and refreshing appetizer and end the evening with a beautiful dessert that captures the essence of summer.

Along the way, you'll learn techniques, flavor pairings, and tips for bringing Southern-inspired dishes to your own table.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
