Demonstration Class

If you’ve spent any time with Chef Fe, you know her food tells a story, one rooted in Southern tradition, generous hospitality, and a love for bringing people together around the table.

Join Chef Fe for an evening that feels like being welcomed into her kitchen. This demonstration-style class is filled with rich flavors, comforting dishes, and the kind of thoughtful touches that turn a simple meal into something truly memorable. Along the way, Chef Fe will share her techniques, personal insights, and a few of her favorite ways to elevate classic Southern recipes.

This is the kind of supper that invites you to slow down, savor each bite, and linger just a little longer.

Menu Includes:

  • Small Bite: Chilled Sweet Corn Soup
  • Main Course: Braised Short Ribs with Whipped Sweet Potatoes & Brown Sage Butter
  • Dessert: Peach and Berry Cobbler

Come hungry, come curious, and come ready to experience an evening of true Southern hospitality.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip.  We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one.  We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest.  In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to.  If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
