Experience an evening filled with Southern comfort and vibrant Bayou flavor as Chef Fe brings her signature warmth and culinary flair to The Prepared Table. This menu is rich, soulful, and perfect for anyone who loves bold seasoning and Southern hospitality.  The perfect menu for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve or any day in between.

On the menu:
• Fried Green Tomatoes with zesty remoulade
• Seafood Gumbo with classic Creole depth
• Bananas Foster Dessert Shooters

Chef Fe will walk you through each dish step by step, sharing techniques and tips that give Southern favorites their signature taste. This class is ideal for cooks of all levels and for anyone who loves an evening of great food, good company, and a little Louisiana spirit in the kitchen.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip.  We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one.  We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest.  In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to.  If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
