Curious about sourdough? Join Jennifer of Bluebonnet Dough Works for a warm and approachable introduction to the world of wild yeast. In this demonstration-style class, Jennifer will walk you through each step of the sourdough process, from feeding your starter and mixing dough to shaping, scoring, and baking a beautiful loaf at home.

 

What’s included:
• Sourdough Bread with Olive Oil and Dip Tasting
• Discard Double Chocolate Chip Muffins
• A printed guide to the process
• A jar of active sourdough starter and an unbaked loaf to take home

 

Whether you’re brand new to bread baking or want a refresher with expert tips, this class will leave you inspired to get your hands floury and your kitchen smelling amazing.

 

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip.  We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one.  We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest.  In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to.  If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class
