Hands-On Class
There's nothing quite like the aroma of freshly baked bread. In this hands-on class, you'll learn the fundamentals of sourdough baking while gaining the confidence and techniques needed to create artisan-style loaves at home.
From understanding and maintaining a sourdough starter to mixing, folding, shaping, and baking, you'll experience each step of the process. Along the way, you'll also create flavorful olive oil bread dips and bake decadent double chocolate muffins, making this class a delicious introduction to the world of homemade baking.

Whether you're completely new to sourdough or looking to refine your skills, you'll leave with practical knowledge, recipes, a proofing basket and loaf to bake at home, plus inspiration to continue your baking journey long after class ends.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
