Enjoy an elegant Southern inspired evening with Chef Lauren from Ida Belle’s as she guides you through a comforting yet refined menu that is perfect for holiday gatherings or a cozy night at home.
On the menu:
• Filet Mignon with Bourbon Garlic Cream Sauce
• Creamy Mashed Potatoes
• Roasted Asparagus
• Seasonal Dessert
Chef Lauren will share approachable techniques for cooking a tender filet, creating a balanced bourbon cream sauce, and bringing the whole menu together with confidence. This class offers a warm and inviting taste of the South, blending simple ingredients with rich flavors that feel special without being fussy. Join us for an evening of good food, great company, and classic Southern charm.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
