Demonstration Style Class
Join Chef Lauren for a comforting, flavor filled evening centered around a cozy, satisfying menu that is perfect for winter dinners and casual entertaining. This demonstration style class highlights classic techniques and rich ingredients that come together in a meal that feels both hearty and special.
On the menu:
• Red Wine Braised Meatballs
• Yukon Gold Garlic Mash
• Garlic Bread
• Simple Salad
Chef Lauren will walk you through building deep flavor with red wine, preparing tender meatballs, and bringing the entire menu together with ease. This class is designed to give you confidence in the kitchen while enjoying a relaxed evening of delicious food and warm conversation.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
