Hot summer nights call for food that is nourishing, vibrant, and just light enough to keep you feeling your best and Shannon and Chris will be here to show you exactly how to pull that off.
Join Shannon and Chris from GroundOps for an evening centered around the best produce of the season, with a menu that moves effortlessly from a fresh, herby bite to a satisfying main course and a dessert that somehow feels both indulgent and appropriate for a warm June evening. Along the way, Shannon and Chris will share tips for building meals your family and guests will love without leaving anyone weighed down at the end of the table.
This is summer cooking at its most satisfying.
Menu Includes:
- Garden Pesto Pasta
- Greek Sheet Pan Chicken
- Summer Carrot Cake
Whether you are cooking for a weeknight family dinner or entertaining guests on the porch, come ready to add a few new warm-weather staples to your rotation.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
