There’s nothing quite like a summer evening inspired by the coast, where fresh seafood, bright citrus, and seasonal ingredients come together in perfect harmony.
Join Chef Fe for an elegant culinary experience that showcases the flavors of the season through a thoughtfully crafted menu. In this demonstration-style class, Chef Fe will share techniques for preparing seafood with confidence, creating rich and flavorful risottos, and balancing fresh ingredients to create dishes worthy of any special occasion.
From a refreshing coastal-inspired starter to a beautifully prepared seafood entrée and a classic Florida dessert, this menu celebrates the simple sophistication of summer cooking.
Menu Includes:
- Crab-Stuffed Avocado with Citrus Herb Dressing bites
- Garlic Butter Scallops with Sweet Corn Risotto
- Key Lime Pie
Come ready to learn, savor, and enjoy an evening filled with fresh coastal flavors, practical cooking tips, and plenty of culinary inspiration.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
