Celebrate the flavors of fall with Chef Lauren from Ida-Belle’s as she brings a touch of Lowcountry charm to the table. This cozy, seasonal menu highlights simple ingredients elevated with rich, comforting flavors—perfect for autumn gatherings or Sunday suppers.
On the menu:
• Stuffed Pears with Gorgonzola, Walnuts, and Honey
• Apple Cider–Brined Chicken Thighs
• Caramelized Onion Mashed Potatoes
• Caramelized Carrots with Thyme and Honey
Each dish captures the warmth and hospitality of the South while offering approachable techniques you can easily recreate at home. Join us for a night of good food, good company, and Lowcountry-inspired comfort.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
