Celebrate the flavors of fall with a menu that layers comfort, creativity, and a touch of seasonal indulgence. In this cozy class, you’ll watch as tender pasta sheets are rolled with a velvety pumpkin-ricotta filling and baked to golden perfection. Alongside, enjoy a crisp arugula salad dressed with bright lemon, and finish the evening with a classic pumpkin spice roll that tastes like autumn on a plate.

Whether you’re planning a festive gathering or simply craving a comforting fall supper, this class will leave you inspired to bring a little harvest warmth to your own kitchen.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip.  We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one.  We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest.  In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to.  If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
