Step into an evening of bold, vibrant flavors inspired by modern Mexican cuisine. In this demonstration-style class, Chef Fe will guide you through the balance of citrus, heat, and smoke across a beautifully curated three-course menu designed to feel both festive and approachable.

On the menu:
• Shrimp Ceviche Tostadas
• Grilled Carne Asada with Roasted Poblano Rice and Corn Salsa
• Mexican Chocolate Pots de Crème

We will begin with Shrimp Ceviche Tostadas, where fresh shrimp are gently cured in bright citrus and layered with crisp textures and lively flavor. Chef Fe will explain how acidity transforms seafood and how to build balanced flavor from the very first bite.

Next, she will demonstrate Grilled Carne Asada, cooked to perfection and paired with smoky roasted poblano rice and a colorful corn salsa that adds freshness and just the right touch of heat. Along the way, you will learn marinade techniques, grilling tips, and simple ways to elevate everyday meals with confident flavor.

To finish, we will enjoy silky Mexican Chocolate Pots de Crème, infused with warm spices and deep cocoa notes. It is a dessert that feels both comforting and a little unexpected.

This is a relaxed, seated evening designed for tasting, learning, and gathering around the table together. Come ready to savor bold flavors and leave inspired to bring a little heat and citrus into your own kitchen.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip.  We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one.  We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest.  In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to.  If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
