Demonstration Class
Celebrate the flavors of the season with Chef Fe as she shares a menu that highlights autumn’s most beloved ingredients. From the vibrant colors of roasted beets to the comforting richness of lamb with rosemary-garlic jus, this evening is all about savoring fall at its finest. You’ll discover approachable techniques that bring elegance to your table and learn how to create a memorable meal from start to finish.
On the menu:
• Spiced Pear Sparkler (Cocktail)
• Roasted Beet & Arugula Salad with Whipped Goat Cheese
• Herbed Crusted Lamb Chops with Rosemary-Garlic Jus, Parsnip & Sweet Potato Purée, and Roasted Brussels with Pomegranate Glaze
• Warm Apple Fig Galette with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
