There is something incredibly rewarding about making fresh pasta from scratch, especially when it begins with freshly milled flour. Join us for a hands on evening where you'll learn the art of crafting homemade pasta while discovering how fresh flour can elevate both flavor and texture.

The class begins with a demonstration of grain milling and an introduction to baking and cooking with freshly milled flour. Then it's your turn to roll up your sleeves as each participant prepares their own fresh pasta from start to finish, learning techniques you can easily recreate at home.

While your pasta comes together, we'll enjoy fresh bread served with a flavorful dipping blend. Your handmade pasta will then be paired with a slow simmered roasted tomato sauce, with optional homemade meatballs available for those who would like them. Before you leave, you'll receive a bag of freshly milled flour to continue practicing your new skills at home.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
