Step into a cozy French kitchen and discover how timeless comfort dishes can feel both elegant and effortless. In this demonstration-style class, Chef Fe will guide you through a beautifully balanced menu inspired by classic French techniques, simplified and made approachable for the home cook.
You’ll learn how to build deep, savory flavor in a rich French onion soup, master a creamy chicken fricassee with tender mushrooms and herbs, and create silky mashed potatoes that pair perfectly with comforting sauces. The evening ends on a sweet note with a delicate vanilla crème pot topped with vibrant berry compote and a Madeleine crumble, proof that refined desserts do not have to be complicated.
Perfect for chilly February evenings, this class is designed to inspire confidence in the kitchen while sharing practical tips, thoughtful shortcuts, and plating ideas you can recreate at home. We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
