Join Chef Siri for an unforgettable evening exploring the four distinct regions of Thai cuisine. Each course will highlight the unique ingredients, flavors, and traditions that define Thailand’s culinary landscape, from bright and herbaceous to rich and comforting.

Throughout the evening, Chef Siri will share stories behind the dishes, explain key ingredients, and demonstrate techniques that bring balance to Thai cooking, the careful harmony of sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and bitter that makes each bite layered and vibrant.

You can expect a thoughtfully curated four-course progression that may include fresh herbs, citrus, coconut milk, chiles, warming spices, and deeply savory broths. The experience is designed not simply as a meal, but as a journey through regional flavor profiles, prepared and enjoyed together around the table.

Wine Pairing Suggestions
If you would like to bring your own wine, the following varietals pair beautifully with Thai cuisine:
• Riesling, especially off-dry styles that balance heat and spice
• Chardonnay, particularly unoaked or lightly oaked
• Moscato, for a slightly sweet complement to bolder flavors

This is an immersive dinner meant to be savored slowly. Come ready to taste, learn, and experience Thailand one course at a time.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip.  We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one.  We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest.  In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to.  If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
