Demonstration Class
Tailgate season is here, and Jennifer from Bluebonnet Dough Works is bringing sourdough creativity to the party. In this game-day inspired class, you’ll learn how to turn sourdough discard into irresistible bites that are perfect for sharing. From savory sliders to sweet treats, you’ll discover just how versatile sourdough can be—without any waste.
On the menu:
• Buffalo Chicken Sliders
• Sourdough Pretzel Bites with Beer Cheese
• Fudgy Brownies
Whether you’re headed to the stadium or hosting friends at home, these recipes will be the MVP of your next tailgate spread.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
