Members Only Supper Club Experience
Corn Fed Confidential is a cozy, chef led Supper Club inspired by growing up in the South, where meals were hearty, comforting, and meant to be shared around the table. This three-month dining experience is rooted in nostalgia, seasonal ingredients, and the kind of food that tells a story with every bite.
Led by Chef Lauren from Ida Belle’s, this intimate Supper Club invites eight guests to gather once a month for a relaxed evening of Southern inspired dishes created especially for the group. Each menu will reflect the flavors and traditions of Southern kitchens, elevated with thoughtful technique while remaining warm and familiar.
Membership is a three-month commitment covering January, February, and March 2026 (Monday, January 5 | Monday, February 2 | Monday, March 2, 2026) Your seat is reserved for all three dinners, creating a consistent and welcoming experience with the same group each month. The cost is $85 per person for each supper club dinner, for a total of $255 for the full season.
Each evening, Chef Lauren will prepare a special menu right before your eyes, sharing stories, inspiration, and cooking techniques as the meal unfolds. If life happens and you cannot attend one month, you are welcome to send a friend in your place so your seat is never empty. Members will receive the evening’s recipes to take home, along with fresh inspiration for their own kitchens.
As an added perk, Supper Club members enjoy a special store discount on the nights of their dinners. Corn Fed Confidential is more than a meal. It is a celebration of Southern roots, shared tables, and meaningful connection.
Space is limited to eight guests. Advance commitment is required.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
