Blueberry Workshop & Field Trip with Robin and Genevieve (6/6)

Celebrate blueberry season with a special morning that combines a local farm visit, hands-on baking, and plenty of fresh summer flavor. Robin and Genevieve invite guests to begin the day at Sienna Lee Gardens for a guided tour and presentation from the farm’s horticulturist, offering a behind-the-scenes look at blueberry growing and the beauty of the gardens in early summer.

Guests will have time to stroll the blueberry rows and pick fresh berries at a generously discounted rate before heading back to The Prepared Table for the second half of this unique experience.

At the kitchen, Genevieve will share her family’s favorite blueberry scone recipe while guests enjoy a touch of blueberry tea. Each participant will prepare a batch of blueberry scones to take home and bake fresh the next day.

This class is part field trip, part baking workshop, and all things blueberry.

We will have chilled water and blueberry tea for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip.  We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one.  We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest.  In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to.  If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
