There is a timeless charm to the simple elegance of French country cooking. Join us for an evening inspired by the rustic flavors and comforting traditions of the French countryside, where seasonal ingredients and classic techniques come together to create an unforgettable meal.
Throughout the class, you'll learn how to prepare beautifully balanced dishes that are both refined and approachable. From a savory tart to a slow-braised entrée and a decadent French dessert, you'll discover techniques and flavor combinations that can easily be recreated in your own kitchen.
Menu Includes:
- Starter: Onion Tart with Herbed Goat Cheese & Balsamic Glaze
- Entrée: Lamb Shank Bourguignon with Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Ratatouille Relish
- Dessert: Dark Chocolate Pots de Crème with Fresh Berries
Come ready to learn, savor, and enjoy an evening celebrating the warmth, elegance, and timeless flavors of the French countryside.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
