Step into the warmth of an Irish farmhouse kitchen this St. Patrick’s Day and gather around the table for an evening of comfort, tradition, and bold, satisfying flavors. Chef Lauren will prepare a rustic Irish-inspired menu rooted in simple ingredients and time-honored techniques. Portions of the meal will be prepared ahead due to cooking times, allowing you to experience both the process and the finished dishes together.
On the menu:
• Starter: Irish Fish Cakes
• Main: Guinness Beef Stew with Crispy Irish Potato Bites
• After Supper: Irish Cream Coffee and Guinness Chocolate Cake with Baileys Frosting
From golden fish cakes to a slow-simmered stew rich with depth and character, each dish reflects the kind of cooking that feels passed down, not written down. We will finish with a cozy cup of Irish cream coffee and an indulgent slice of chocolate cake topped with silky Baileys frosting, because every good meal deserves a proper ending.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
