Dinner Experience
Join us for an unforgettable evening with Chef Siri of Siri-ously Thai as she guides you through the rich and diverse flavors of Thailand’s four distinct regions. This is not a traditional cooking class, but a thoughtfully curated dinner experience, similar to our May gathering, where guests will sit back, savor, and enjoy each course as it is introduced.
Chef Siri will share the inspiration behind each dish, offering insight into regional ingredients, techniques, and traditions that make Thai cuisine so vibrant and beloved. It’s an evening designed for those who appreciate great food, meaningful conversation, and the joy of gathering around the table.
On the menu:
A four-course tasting menu highlighting the flavors of Northern, Northeastern, Central, and Southern Thailand
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
